We are currently seeking a Full Time General Manager, Northwest to join the LifeNet Health team in our Renton, WA location.
The General Manager, Northwest serves as a Senior Executive and leader for all sites comprising LifeNet Health Northwest operational territories. Works collaboratively with divisional and corporate leadership (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Quality, Research and Development,, Tissue Donor Operations, Production and Logistics, Human Resources, and Donor Development) to develop strategies and tactics for achieving growth of LifeNet Health in all aspects throughout assigned operational territory.
You would be expected to perform all tasks assigned to you, including but not limited to:
Establishes, develops, and maintains effective relationships and a network of C-suite contacts throughout all client organizations, such that LifeNet Health is positioned favorably for operationally critical functions. Acts as a liaison and provide an executive presence in client accountsProvides critical communication of operational activities from all departments to the Executive Leadership team. Maintains effective information flow between divisional leadership and serves as the primary contact for external communications within the assigned service area. Develops and manages a public relations presence through marketing and media outlets.This highly matrixed position functions collaboratively with divisional and corporate leadership to guide all daily operations within the assigned service area. Supervises, guides, direct and develops strategies that impact the long-term success of the company. Provides critical assessment of strategy and tactics while maintaining focus on the corporate Mission, Vision, and Values.Ensures alignment of division goals and tactics with the corporate strategic plan. Monitors both external and internal environments for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Fulfills the Vision of LifeNet Health consistent with organizational Mission and Values. Ensures performance metrics are met for each department represented within the assigned service area. Engages with professional and civic organizations to grow awareness of LNH and our Mission; examples include AATB committees, American College of Healthcare Executives, Washington State Health Executive Forum, Chambers of Commerce, and Life Science Washington.Accountable for all activities and teams functioning at multiple office locations throughout the assigned service area.Provides leadership to and oversight of daily operations within the assigned service area to include a functional focus on LEAN methodology; driving efficiencies through all value streams and leading cost reduction efforts within all departments. Prepare and communicate reports with divisional leadership and executive team.Minimum Requirements:BA/BS: Medical Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, or Life SciencesCTBS: Must be obtained within 3 years of employment and maintains certificate throughout employment.8 years leadership experience with direct Experience in leading others in relation to performance reviews, development plans, and performance management5 years related work experience in Tissue Banking, Blood Banking, OPO, Hospital, HealthCare, Life Sciences, Multi-Care, or Medical Device5 years new business development, marketing, and/or community relationsLeadership: Leading direct reports.
